A hypha is a single long, thin, thread-like structure of a fungus. The mycelium is the whole network made of many hyphae joined together. Simple rule: one thread = hypha, many threads together = mycelium. NEET often mixes these two words in options, so read carefully.
Coenocytic means the hypha is one continuous tube with NO cross walls inside. Because there are no walls, the cytoplasm flows freely and holds many nuclei (multinucleate). NCERT calls these 'continuous tubes filled with multinucleated cytoplasm'. Another word for coenocytic is aseptate (no septa).
Septate hyphae have cross walls called septa that divide the thread into cell-like parts. Coenocytic (aseptate) hyphae have no cross walls, so the whole tube is one open space with many nuclei. In short: septate = walls present; coenocytic = walls absent + multinucleate.

Neither. Yeast is the exception among fungi. NCERT clearly says 'with the exception of yeasts which are unicellular, fungi are filamentous.' So yeast is unicellular and does NOT form long hyphae or a mycelium. NEET loves to trap students by calling yeast filamentous.
