Protonephridia is the name of the branching tubular network, and the flame cell (a cell with a tuft of beating cilia) is the closed inner end that drives the fluid. In NEET, treat 'protonephridia' and 'flame cells' as interchangeable answers.
Learn the exact NCERT list: Platyhelminthes (flatworms, e.g. Planaria), rotifers, some annelids, and the cephalochordate Amphioxus. Note it is 'some annelids' - not all. Earthworms (annelids) use nephridia, so do not confuse the two.
