The NEET 2027 admit card is expected to be released by NTA in April 2027, approximately 2–3 weeks before the exam. Download from nta.ac.in using your application number and date of birth. Below is the download process, what the admit card contains, and the complete exam-day checklist.

How to download NEET 2027 admit card
Servers crash on release day. Try off-peak hours (early morning or late night) on the first day.

Enter application number and date of birth
Use the application number from your registration confirmation. DOB must match exactly.
Download and print
Take 3–4 colour printouts. Carry one on exam day; keep backups at home.
