Step-by-step guide to fill the form
Don't click Submit until every field is verified. NTA does not allow corrections after the correction window closes.
Register on nta.ac.in
Click NEET 2027 registration. Enter name, DOB, phone, email. Save the application number on multiple devices.
Fill personal details
Address, parent details, identification details, category. Match exactly with Aadhaar — mismatches cause rejection.
Fill academic details
Class 10 board, marks, year of passing. Class 12 board, subjects, marks (if appearing/passed). Choice of medium (English/Hindi/regional).
Select exam centre preferences
Choose 3–4 cities in your home state plus 1 backup. NTA may not allocate your first choice — be realistic.
Upload photo and signature
Photo: 10–200 KB, JPG. Signature: 4–30 KB, JPG. Read NTA's size and format spec exactly — auto-reject is common here.
Pay application fee
Via UPI/debit/credit/net banking. Fee is non-refundable. Save the transaction receipt.
Final submit + confirmation page
Review every field once more. Download the confirmation page PDF — print 3–4 copies.
