RENEET 2026 Preparation — 30 to 45 Day Biology Strategy
If RENEET 2026 is announced, students will likely get a 30–45 day window before the re-examination. This is the complete Biology preparation strategy — chapter priority, week-wise targets and format-specific drills — calibrated to the verified NEET 2026 actual paper (May 3, 2026).

What is RENEET 2026?
RENEET 2026 refers to a possible re-examination of NEET UG 2026 currently being considered by the Supreme Court of India following petitions from candidates and stakeholders. As of today, no official announcement has been issued by NTA.
Petitions for re-examination
NEET 2026 was conducted on May 3, 2026. Following the exam, petitions were filed seeking a re-examination on procedural grounds. The Supreme Court is hearing the matter.
Supreme Court hearing in progress
The Supreme Court is actively hearing the matter. NTA has not announced any re-examination as of now. Outcomes range from no RENEET, partial RENEET, or full RENEET — all are on the table until the court rules.
30–45 days from the order
Based on precedent from earlier NEET re-exams, NTA typically conducts the re-test within 30–45 days of a Supreme Court order. Specific dates would be announced by NTA on nta.ac.in.
To be confirmed by NTA
Eligibility criteria — whether all NEET 2026 candidates, a subset, or specific centres — will be defined by NTA if RENEET is officially ordered. Previous NEET 2026 candidates are widely expected to be the primary eligible group.

30-Day Biology Strategy (if RENEET is announced)
Four weeks. Each week ends with a clear checkpoint. Chapters are sequenced by NEET 2026 actual question count — high-weightage first, revision last.
Genetics unit (MBI + Principles of Inheritance) — 10 questions combined, Biotechnology combined (9 questions: Principles 7 + Applications 2), Biomolecules (5), Animal Kingdom (6), Biodiversity (5).
Human Reproduction, Human Health and Diseases, Breathing and Exchange of Gases, Body Fluids and Circulation, Locomotion and Movement, Neural Control, Chemical Coordination, Excretory Products.
Ecosystems, Biodiversity and Conservation, Organisms and Populations, Photosynthesis in Higher Plants, Respiration in Plants, Plant Growth and Development, Sexual Reproduction in Flowering Plants.
Full syllabus revision. NCERT line-by-line for the top 10 chapters from Section 5 below. Daily mock test practice. Format-specific drills (Match Column + Statement-Based). Weak area targeting.

45-Day Strategy — Extended Version
If RENEET is announced with a longer window, the 30-day plan above runs first — then the extra 15 days are used for deep revision and full-paper mocks. Don't front-load these — the structure stays the same; the depth increases.
Deep Revision — all 32 chapters
Cover every chapter once more — even Skim-tier chapters. Daily target: 4 chapters skim + 1 chapter deep (rotating). NCERT line-by-line for any chapter you scored under 70% on in Week 4 mocks.
Full Mock Tests + Analysis
One full-paper mock daily, alternated with deep error analysis days. Re-run NEET 2026 itself as your final mock. Focus the analysis on Statement-Based time-spend — that's where most candidates leak marks.
If RENEET follows the same pattern as NEET 2026
NTA-conducted re-exams typically mirror the original paper's format. Plan for these exact format-counts.
Chapter Priority — based on NEET 2026 actual paper
All 32 NCERT Biology chapters ranked by their NEET 2026 question count. Spend your time where the marks are. Chapters with 0 questions in 2026 still need a quick NCERT skim — RENEET could re-balance.
