When NEET UG 2026 was re-conducted on 21 June 2026, we checked every one of the 180 questions against the MedicNEET question bank as it stood before the exam. 98% were already there — 72% as an exact or strong match.

We match by concept, not by question style. The same topic — say, Mitochondria — can come as a simple MCQ one year and as an Assertion-Reason question the next. The style looks different, but the concept you must know is the same. So a “match” means: if you practised this concept with us, you already knew what ReNEET 2026 was testing — even if the question looked new.
